ProCounsel is exclusively a discovery management and analysis platform. We do not provide legal services such as legal advising, contract drafting, or legal research.
Our platform is designed to serve all legal practices, from solo practitioners to large law firms, across both criminal and civil law domains.
When you create a new case, you can upload discovery files directly from your Desktop, OneDrive, or Google Drive. You can upload a folder containing discovery files of any type. After the initial processing is complete, you can add more discovery files or remove existing ones through ProCounsel's file management interface.
ProCounsel offers a comprehensive suite of both traditional eDiscovery features and AI capabilities. These include highlighting/redaction, responsiveness marking, tagging, file editing, sorting and filtering, file lookup, and key term search.
Processing and analysis time varies depending on the volume and types of files in your discovery. ProCounsel will notify you via email when the processing is complete, allowing you to focus on other tasks while waiting.
Yes! ProCounsel's AI output serves as a customizable template for your workspace. You can edit file summaries, re-categorize files between tabs, and request regenerated analyses as needed.
